Multiple arbitrage
We acquire subscale, illiquid businesses at 2–3× EBITDA. We exit consolidated, technology-enabled platforms at 5–9× EBITDA. The gap between those two numbers is the foundation of our return thesis.

Detailed commercial and operational assessment. Identify quick wins and structural improvements. Retain key talent. Establish reporting cadence and governance. Ensure no disruption to existing customer relationships.
